We headed out today despite the rain and rough seas.  Only saw one boat all day and it was a dragger on the way in.    We had the fish all to ourselves and they were hungry!  The fishing was outstanding, and we had the best size cod we’ve seen yet this year.  As a bonus there were even a few slob haddock mixed in.  Once again we were fishing 200+ feet of water.  It’s a far cry from years past fishing on top of the bank in 90 feet.  Bent rods and bloody decks, happy Mother’s Day!
