What a difference 24 hours can make.  On the heels of an awesome trip yesterday the plan was to go out and do the same exact thing today.  We had repeat customers Mike Plummer and crew aboard from Rhode Island.  Unfortunately, the conditions had really deteriorated overnight.  We had rain, high seas, and a stiff southerly wind working against us.  Great sharking conditions indeed, but it made bottom fishing nearly impossible, and the sharks were not cooperative.  We had a few cod, but that’s about it.  That’s fishing I guess, as soon as you think you’ve got it figured out, mother nature throws you a curveball.   The sharks must have moved off with the change in weather.  They will be back for certain.  Can’t wait to get back out for some redemption….
